When I grow up…

Jake is a 12-year-old boy with plenty of dreams, hopes and aspirations.

After Jake showed signs of low energy and being unable to keep up or join in with his friends, his family embarked on a journey to find out why. Despite challenges along the way, Jake was eventually diagnosed with growth hormone deficiency, aged 4.

Now, aged 12, Jake thrives at school, and with the support of his family and patient groups, has big plans for the future. This is his story.
