Personally identifiable information

At times, we need to collect more personally identifiable information about you. Collection of sensitive data

Any information with the chatbot is stored for optimisation and compliance purposes, however this requires you, as the user, to volunteer the information – the ‘chatbot’ will never ask for it under any circumstances.

Protection of children

Protecting the privacy of children is important. Novo Nordisk does not intend to collect personally identifiable information from children (a child is defined as being under the age of 18) without permission of the parent or legal guardian. Children should NOT submit personally identifiable information to Novo Nordisk without the explicit permission of their parent or legal guardian.

Hotjar

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices.
